I came across a delicious "Green Monster Smoothie/Shake". I kind of tweaked the ingredients a little and added... PROTEIN!
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (more or less depending on how thick you like it)
1 tbs Peanut butter
1 cup Almond Milk (I used original)
1 scoop vanilla
protein powder (I used V-Core: Vanilla Bean)
About 3 loose handfuls
Spinach (Just fill er up! (the blender that is))
In a blender, "Blend" then "Liquify". Tada! Yum!
